Getting Your Sample to Me

You can drop off your sample or post it — choose the option that’s most convenient for you.

📄 Submission Form

A completed submission form is required for all samples.

You can access the form in the following ways:

Pick up a blank copy at any drop-off location
Request a digital copy via Messenger, email, or text (please include your email address)

Results are sent via email, so accurate contact information is essential.

Place sealed, clearly labelled samples in the cooler box near the letterbox.

🧊 Launceston Saddleworld (No Additional Fee)

Ask staff to direct you to the refrigerated drop-off point.
Place sealed, labelled samples inside.
Include your submission form in a second bag.

Several local stores across Tasmania act as sample drop-off locations.

Place sealed, labelled samples in the designated fridge or esky.
Include your submission form in a second bag.
A flat $10 postage & handling fee per client applies (excludes Underwood and Saddleworld).
Payment must be made via PayID.
Message me once dropped off so I know to expect your samples.

Express Post is recommended to help your sample arrive in the best possible condition, but general mail is also acceptable.

Packing Tips

Seal each sample securely to prevent leaks.
Double-bag samples for extra protection.
Include your completed submission form in the satchel.
Sending multiple samples together can save on postage.
In hot weather, consider including a small ice brick.
