Filling out the Submission Form

To process your samples, a completed submission form is required. Here’s how to get one:

Pick one up at any of the drop-off locations – blank forms are always available.

Request a digital copy by contacting me via Messenger, email, or text with your email address. I’ll send it straight to you.

Download it from Facebook – the form is available in the Featured Posts on my page: Mal’s Equine Worm Egg Counts.

Dropping Off Your Sample

🏡 At Underwood

📍 691 Brown Mountain Road, Underwood

Place your sample(s) in the cooler box near the letterbox.

Ensure samples are clearly labelled and sealed well to prevent leaks. After dropping off, please text or message me on 0438 572 887 so I can collect your sample promptly for testing.

🧊 At Saddleworld – Launceston & Devonport

Both stores have refrigerated drop-off points where you can leave your samples for me to collect.

Ask the friendly staff to point you to the fridge.

Place your sealed, labelled samples inside, and include your submission form in a second bag to keep everything together.

Once you’ve dropped off, please text or message me on 0438 572 887 to let me know it’s there.

 🐎 Drop-Off Points Around the State

Several amazing local stores across Tasmania have offered to act as sample drop-off points for your sample.

You can find the current dates and locations listed in the Featured Posts on my Facebook page: Mal’s Equine Worm Egg Counts.

A flat $10 fee per client now applies when samples are left at drop-off locations, excluding Saddleworld, this is to cover the cost of postage of your samples to me.

Make sure to drop off your samples by 2 PM on Wednesdays to make the weekly pickup.

Ask staff in-store where to find the sample esky or fridge.

Place your submission form in a second bag with your sealed samples.

Payment for these samples must be made online via PayID (details below).

Once you’ve dropped off your sample, send me a message on 0438 572 887 or via Messenger so I know to expect it. 

📮 Posting Your Samples

Express Post is recommended – it helps your sample arrive in the best condition for accurate testing, but it’s absolutely fine to use the general mail.

Packing tips:

Seal all samples securely to prevent leaks. Ideally, place each sample in a second sealed bag for extra protection.

Include your completed submission form in the satchel.

Send multiple samples together in one satchel to save on postage costs.

In hot weather, especially during summer, consider adding a small ice brick to keep samples cool – particularly if sending via regular post.
